“I trained as a wholesale and export/import assistant at NSK and work in Inside Sales, carrying out Order Handling. I’ve been doing this job for five years now. I produce quotations, enter orders into the merchandise management system and ensure that the products are dispatched.
Along with the Outside Sales team, I spend a lot of time expanding and developing our customer base – both existing and potential new clients.
OEM customer service is another important part of my work. I enjoy communicating with customers, by which I mean ensuring we deliver high-quality customer support above all else. That is the only way we can achieve customer satisfaction, which is NSK’s number one priority.
I think it’s great that NSK gave me the opportunity to continue my professional development in my chosen role once I had completed my training. Being a Customer Service Representative gives me the chance to do that. I want to expand my theoretical knowledge too, so I’m studying Business Administration part-time.
I like working independently and as part of a team at NSK. That’s particularly interesting within a global company, where all sorts of different groups of experience come together. The best thing is that people at NSK are happy to share their experience. That’s team spirit.”
