Working at NSK gives me the opportunity to fulfil myself.

Before I joined NSK – not that long ago – I embarked on an academic career which enabled me to examine economic issues and take part in various European projects. After completing a degree, I started a doctorate in economic policy, then I worked at a number of companies in various sales roles. When I was given the opportunity to become part of NSK in 2011, I didn’t hesitate because I had always wanted to work for a well-known, consolidated multinational company. My experience helps me to master the exciting challenges here.

When I first started at NSK, I was responsible for customer service, but after a few months I joined the European marketing team. I am now responsible for two completely different areas. Firstly, I manage Marketing Communications. This involves organising events which strengthen brand awareness and corporate identity, and coordinating the staff who attend trade shows, for example. I’m also constantly in close contact with clients as a sales administrator. The challenge lies in managing both roles successfully.

NSK helps me to do this in lots of ways. Every day, I’m given the opportunity to use and enhance my skills. As well as giving me the guidance I need to fulfil my responsibilities, NSK gives me the freedom to organise my work myself and put my own plans into action. On top of this, my colleagues are like a family where everyone always helps and motivates one another. Every morning, I look forward to spending my working day with them.
